Schedule:
Day 1) Reach our campsite after 12 pm
Check in your camps & have Lunch. Enjoy full day in camping and Rishikesh rafting and later in evening enjoy the campsite area environment or play volley ball etc. Later in evening have your delicious dinner.
Day 2) Travel day back to Home
The next day, get up and have breakfast. Then later go back home with camping and rafting memories or, spend a few more days in our camp.
Note:
- Rafting slot will be booked by traveler 4 days before Rafting.
- Your Rafting is determined by your arrival & departure time.
- From the place of arrival to the Campsite & from the Campsite to the Rafting office will be the responsibility of the traveler.

- Hotel rooms with mentioned meal plan (EP/CP/MAP or APAI).
- Transportation in A/c vehicles. Decent and well-mannered drivers.
- Freedom to change the itinerary provided feasible upon mutual understanding.
- Cruise tickets / government ferry according to the package confirmed.
- Freedoms to choose to tailor make your holiday package at the last minute without confirmed bookings if made.
- Flight tickets.
- Water sport activities except for snorkeling complimentary if Elephant beach opted at Havelock Island.
- Scuba diving or Sea Walking or Game Fishing.
- Personal expenses.
- Any extra requirements like dinner trip / candle lit dinner trip etc.
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.
- Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
- Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
- Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within a week to the date of arrival.
- If booking is cancelled 30 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person 1000/- INR. Followed by cancellation policy
- No shows and early departures- 100% of the entire day.
- All the packages displayed are proposals only.
- We will not hold ourselves responsible for any changes made after confirmation. We will inform you about the consequences and let you to decide. It is your holiday.
- Payment terms are very simple, hotel rooms and transportation are primary requirement of your whole trip. Book them first with advance 50 % payment. Ask us for advice.
- Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guests as per the hotel policy.
- Green Joy Holidays Company is not responsible for any cost arising due to natural calamities, landslides, road blockage & political disturbances.
- No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would not be paid or reimbursed or compensated. All buffet meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy.
